Privacy policy

Purpose: to deal with requests sent through the contact form and to provide the contracted service to customers.

Legal basis: your consent when you send the form and, for customers, performance of the contract.

Retention: for as long as the relationship lasts and for the applicable legal periods.

Recipients: data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The data is hosted on servers in the European Union. For the artificial intelligence features, the AI providers listed below act as data processors.

Rights: you can access, rectify, erase, object, restrict processing and request portability by writing to the email address given, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Customers' accounting data: in the cloud version, the owner processes the data each customer enters in their accounts as a data processor, only to provide the service and with backups; the customer is the controller of that data. This is governed by the data protection agreement that each user accepts the first time they enter the program, also in the demo.

Artificial intelligence

Clara, the assistant: your questions (written or voice notes) are sent to Google (Gemini) to obtain the answer and, if you ask for it, to read it aloud. We do not store the conversations or the audio. We only record usage (without the content) and, to apply the limit of 10 questions a day on the website and in the demo, an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address that does not reveal what it is. Answers to general questions, with no personal data, are kept for 30 days to answer instantly anyone who asks the same. Do not write personal data in the chat.

Document reading: when the customer uses AI reading of invoices and documents, the document is sent to Groq, Google (Gemini) or Anthropic (Claude), in that order if one fails, only to extract its data; they are not used to train models under the terms of those services. Nothing is ever posted without the user's review.

Demo

To enter the demo we ask for your email and send you an access code. We keep the email as a record of your interest in the program and, only if you tick the box, to send you information about FacturaGesCONTA; you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us from the contact page. The data you enter in the demo is sample data and is deleted automatically when you leave.
